Iron and wood with Flex 500 Compact Mobile Hammermill
A new plant for mixed iron and wood with a Panizzolo Recycling Systems Flex 500 Compact Mobile hammermill is now working since some weeks in Northern Italy.
This plant can work up to 3 tons per hour of mixed material, preparing it for further separation and cleaning processes with a densimeter Zig-Zag air separator.
Malta: new plant working.
A new Panizzolo metal recycling plant has been started-up in Malta during the last days of February 2017.
In one of the most-densely populated areas of the planet, waste collection and treatment require special care and a peculiar flexibility in management.
Challenge was not easy at all.
Needed requirements were: a compact plant, capable of working with several materials, whose hourly production couldn't be less than 3 tons per hour.
After many operational tests with metals, electric engines, radiators, aluminium carter and WEEE, Malta company confirmed that Panizzolo plant was the chosen one, also for its compliance with the demanding Maltese regulation.
A complete line for metal treatment, composed by a versatile Flex 500 Compact Mobile – 90kw (with in-built iron separator), vibrating sieves and an Eddy Current Separator, is now working full-throttle and reaches production peaks of 3/3.5 tons per hour, according to input material.
Panizzolo Plants confirm once again to be extremely reliable and adaptive, helping silently and tirelessly to improve our environment.

Switzerland: new tire-recycling plant
This november a new Panizzolo truck and cars tire-recycling plant has been set up, for the production of high quality tire-crumb, which will be used as a fuel for concrete factories and incinerators.
It has been sold to a Swiss company, a market leader when dealing with tire recovery. It is composed by a PZ 2H-TYRE 1500 and a "daisy" shaped sieve PVM 1500.
This plant allows high quality tire-crumb, sized 50x50 mm., and a hourly production between 3 and 5 tons per hour, which comes with a significant energy saving, thanks to its electric engines.

As usual for Panizzolo Group, tire-treatment technologies help reducing shredding wear and consumption, because of the special alloys used in shredder blades.
The PZ 2H-TYRE 1500 comes with two 210 mm. diameter shafts, with independent transmission powertrain, which automatically reduces shafts speed from 12 to 6 rpm, according to required power.
Both shredder and sieve are designed for an easy and fast maintenance. This helps saving money because of short and simple service breaks.
Panizzolo Group is also a guarantee when talking about commissioning and start-up. Plant was working full-throttle after two days.
Hourly production, working flexibility and simple processing once again can confirm high quality features of Panizzolo plants and machines.
Ecomondo 2016: Panizzolo Group. A confirmation in Recycling
20Th Ecomondo, in Rimini - Italy, ended on November 11, and gathered lots of recycling companies from all over the world.
As usual, Panizzolo Group attended the exhibition to show its latest updates about metal-iron waste and scrap.
Thanks to the high number of visitors during the four days of the show, Panizzolo proves to be an italian certainty, a partner which allows its customers to reach higher production and quality targets.
At Panizzolo's booth, visitors had the chance to see what's new on plants, machines and tools.
Designs and solutions must have been really appreciated, as lots of people were always asking something, watching a video, or talking with Panizzolo's personnel.
Visitors from Italy, Europe and other countries have been impressed by product range, which is composed of Hammermills, shredders, separation and refining systems, but also pleasantly surprised by the new, small, yet powerful, Flex 400 Industry.
Panizzolo systems are appreciated because of their working flexibility, their capability of processing several materials, their easy maintenance and, last but not least, for the time, consumptions, and power supply they allow to save.
Panizzolo Group is happy with Ecomondo 2016. Besides strengthening existing business relationships, lots of new contacts have been made, so we expect that lots of Companies will soon see our machines working in the operational tests that will be run in next weeks.
Northern Italy: New electric engines recycling and refining plant.
A new Panizzolo electric engines recycling plant has been installed and started-up, in October 2016, to work with engines coming both from industries and WEEE.
Sold to a big company in Northern Italy, this plant is composed of a Flex 1000 Mobile Drum Hammermill, to shred engines and separate iron from non-Ferrous material, with its built-in magnetic drum.
Right after the hammermill, a Dynamic Shake PZ 1250 sieve helps separating perfectly iron from copper wires, while an Eddy Current SMNF 1000 Separator refines non-magnetic output material.
Because of a growing interest on having good quality copper coming from electric engines, Panizzolo Group is taking advantage from using the Flex Industry Serie in this working area.
A Flex Industry Hammermill has been installed in the final section of the recycling plant, giving immediately proof of being well-designed: its hourly production and output material quality are like no other.
After the Flex Industry hammermill, copper is separated and refined by a granulation plant with densimetric boards.
Quick installation and start-up are what Panizzolo Group is renowned for. The whole plant was fully operating after two days.
The ease of its use, hourly production and its working flexibility confirm the high quality of Panizzolo equipment for ferrous and metal scrap recycling.

New Flex 1600 Mega - 630 kW: A Power Concentrate.
In second half of 2016, the assembling of the new Flex 1600 Mega hammermill has been completed. With electric engines up to 630kW, and a hourly output production up to 20 tons per hour, this new model keeps all working, easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain typical features of Panizzolo Hammermills.
Panizzolo Technicians designed Flex 1600 Mega hammermill to meet the needs of those companies who, being aware of Panizzolo Hammermills' high efficiency, were asking for machinery which can work on heavy and bulky materials, as this has always been a trouble for similar companies.
Counting on their experience, Panizzolo Technicians gave an answer to this problem.
With Flex 1600 Mega Hammermill, these companies have no longer to keep themselves tied to huge and obsolete hammermills, whose purchasing, maintainance, energy and personnel costs can hardly be written off.
Differently from other competitors' products, Flex Mega Hammermills serie always impressed recycling companies because of its structure, strong and designed to keep the extreme stress of working materials.
Thanks to its special alloy armours and anti-wear 50kg hammers, its hourly production is way bigger than competitors'.
Basing itself on Flex serie Hammermills' success, Flex 1600 Mega Hammermill's working method allows extreme shreddings with lower tear, while the patented Panizzolo interchangeable cradle gives access to a wide range of working ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
