Baltics: New Electric Engines Treatment Plant
At the beginning of August 2016, new Panizzolo Plant for Electric middle-size Engines from WEEE and industrial products has been installed and started.
It has been realized for an important Baltic area Company, and it features a Flex 1000 Hammermill, followed by a magnetic drum separator and a special Dynamic Shake PZ 1250 Vibrating Sieve, which perfectly separates copper wire from iron, increasing materials' value.
As usual, Panizzolo has quick installation and short start-up time: after two days, the Customer Company could start the plant at its full power.
Smart working features and hourly production confirm the high quality of Panizzolo Plants and Machines for metals and ferrous waste recycling.
Northern Italy: New Shredder PZ 2H 1500 fully operating
A PZ2 H1500 shredder has been delivered to a Northern Italy Company for the treatment of light ferrous scrap, small metal sheets, iron drums and tanks, aluminum profile and sheets, and similar materials.
Its shafts are powered by a hydraulic transmission system, while its blades' special steels allow Panizzolo to treat even the hardest materials, with no risk to overload shredder's mechanism.
These smart technologies, designed by Panizzolo's engineers, have a significant role in the valueing process, as they allow an initial treatment for the waste being managed.

Incinerator slag and heavy ashes: new recycling plant
This is going to be a hard-working summer: Panizzolo technicians have been assembling and starting up new plants both in Europe and Italy. Panizzolo is particularly proud of one of these plants, as it works with slag and heavy ashes coming from industrial and municipal incinerators.
It has been installed and started for an important Italian company, and Panizzolo already scheduled similar plants to recycle the same kind of waste.
Counting on a long-term experience, Panizzolo engineers followed a simple and functional design. Plant's final aim is separating the different kinds of slag/ashes and inert materials, recycling every part of iron and metals (brass, aluminum, and others).

This plant works with a Flex 800 hammermill, which is equipped with a 160kW electric engine. Flex hammermills' patented feature allows wear reduction and maximizes final result's quantity and quality.
Right after the hammermill, two separation plants work together to give a perfect final result: a magnetic drum separates ferrous metals, while an Eddy Current separator operates to obtain the remaining non-Ferrous metals.

IFAT 2016: Panizzolo Group strengthens its presence in Europe
The IFAT 2016 just ended in Munich (Germany) reconfirmed the strong presence of the Panizzolo Group in the metal waste recycling sector, with the constant and continuous public attendance at its stand.
Interesting news was the exposure of the Flex 400 Industry. The new generation of hammermill dedicated to the enhancement and refinement of small electrical and electronic components from WEEE, electronic boards, transformers, copper wire polluted by inert and much more.
Many positive comments were expressed by sector companies (both European and non-European), remained pleasantly impressed by the technical details and the technologies incorporated in this new compact recycling plant.

In May was completed the installation and commissioning of the new Panizzolo recycling plant Flex 1000 Compact Mobile Drum, for the treatment of electric motors and transformers, provided at a company from Portugal, leader in the Iberian Peninsula in that metal waste collection.

North Italy: new Panizzolo recycling plant full operating
In May was completed the installation and commissioning of the new Panizzolo recycling plant for the treatment of transformers, electric motors, radiators, aluminium carter and others WEEE metal waste.
Provided at a company from Nord Italy, that flexible plant is composed of a transportable hammermill model Flex 500 Compact Mobile (for grinding and first magnetic division) and an high efficiency eddy current separation plant model SMNF V 800 (for the division of non-ferrous metals and inerts).
