Solution for a furnace ready aluminium

Panizzolo defines the production layout together with the customer, according to treatment objectives and the type of aluminium scrap.

It is possible to operate until the End-of-Waste treatments, by means of volumetric reductions with industrial shredders, grinding with hammer mills and specific sorting systems.

In this sense, we allow our customers to show up at the foundry with excellent quality material, thanks to the technologies that are able to sort the metal aluminium alloys.

Solution for aluminium granulation

To recover the aluminium from waste such as alucobond, pipes and bottle caps, the intervention of the Panizzolo refining plant could be necessary. This operates by means of End-of-Waste treatment cycles granulating metal and sorting inerts.

The plant features completely in-line treatment cycles, using fully mechanical systems such as Panizzolo refiner mills. These are patented machines which, together with specific sorting systems, allow for a flexible type of waste and complete recovery of the metals.

The output is impurity-free and classifiable as secondary raw material.
