Panizzolo Recycling has a variety of solutions for recycling end-of-life vehicles. Depending on treatment requirements, shredding, grinding and sorting can be applied so as to recover all the metals, achieving a secondary raw material output.

The solution is applied turnkey and includes mechanically-operated modular systems. The Panizzolo hammer mill is at the core of the treatment which, thanks to crushing logic, produces a high quality and density ferrous proler, simplifying the recovery of the rest of the metals in the following sorting steps.

New environmental standards and the growing costs of waste disposal require bringing shredding residues for recovery, better known as ASR or Car-Fluff.
ASR consists of glass, fibre, rubber, plastic and a large amount of metals such as steel, copper and aluminium. The compound, years ago considered too complicated and wear-causing to be treated, can now efficiently be brought to the End-of-Waste cycle thanks to the Panizzolo refining plant

The grinding cycle

Panizzolo Recycling plants are completely modular for profitable treatment of end-of-life vehicles. They feature an initial volumetric reduction step by means of industrial shredders, then going on to the grinding stage with hammer mills. Depending on the production objectives, a wide range of accessories can be coupled so as to recover ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Refining of ASR or Car-Fluff

Panizzolo refining plants allow you to valorize the metals in ASR or Car-Fluff waste, with an End-of-Waste treatment cycle.

The refiner mills are specifically patented to machine high percentages of steels, plastics and wear-causing inerts, profitably recovering the copper, brass and aluminium granules. The mechanical and completely in-line treatments valorise the metal outputs and separate them from pollutants, thus obtaining a high quality secondary material.
