Electric motors treatment: Panizzolo leader in the market
By the end of 2015 the Panizzolo Group consolidates its market leader presence in the supply of plant and machinery for the electric motors recycling plants (from WEEE and industrial) and enhancement of individual metals in output (such as copper, aluminum and iron).
A growing number of companies, both in Italy and abroad, choose to treat the electric motors with the technologies offered by the Group.
From the first half of 2015 in Italy many of these plants are working at full capacity, especially in collection and treatment companies, steel mills and a multinational group present in 17 European countries.
Abroad, many plants are operating in collection and processing companies located in countries such as (for example) Spain, Germany, Poland, Holland and others.
The systems differ from company to company because that innovative and modular technologies allow to treat the electric motors depending on their needs.
Starting from the grinding and division of ferrous material from non-ferrous, Panizzolo plants are able (thanks to simple changes and / or fast and efficient upgrade) to perform perfect separations of metal components from inerts. Flex 500 Tyre-Rubber plant leaving for Poland
In November Panizzolo Group completed the installation of the innovative recycling plant with Flex 500 Tyre-Rubber in Poland.
The plant is currently the top in Italy and in the world to clean the steel tyre wire from ELT plants and the iron wire polluted with rubber from automotive recycling plants.
Technological innovation of 500 Tyre-Rubber, with its operating logic and its patented elements, ensure excellent yields even with the toughest materials.

Full operating New Recycling Plant Flex 1000
At the end of September, in POLAND, Panizzolo Group completed the installation of the innovative recycling plant with Flex 1000 hammermill.
At full operating speed this plant allows the recycling of ELECTRIC MOTORS & CANS FROM MSW: the final result is an excellent separation of ferrous, copper, allumiun and inert parts.
The production line starts from FLEX 1000, installed on a special hopper designed for loading the recycling materials, as per customer's needs; ending with the separation system SMNF 1000 for the excellent division between coppers, aluminium and inerts.
Panizzolo Flex 1000 Plant can process even the toughest materials, thanks to the excellent quality of its components.
Compactness, easy and fast maintenance and high performance are the main features of this plant, for keeping constant hourly production and high quality result in output.
Ecomondo 2015: Panizzolo Leader in the market
Ecomondo fair 2015 just ended in Rimini (IT) has confirmed the leader presence of Panizzolo Group in the recycling scrap and metal waste sector, given the constant and continuous attendance of the public at its stand.
Among the new technologies presented at the fair, certainly stands out the new Flex Industry Series, designed especially for the refining of small plastic polluted by metals, refining of copper by heavy aggregates, electronic boards and more.
