Panizzolo group strengthens its leadership in the metals recycling sector

Here the headline of the article about Panizzolo Group on Italian magazine “Recycling, demolizione & riciclaggio”, leader in recycling matters and technologies.

The reader will have an overview of the new Flex 1300 Compact Mobile Drum and the new Flex 400 Industry that the Group will exhibit at IFAT 2016 in Monaco (stand 113 - Hall C2).

interesting focus in the article are the innovative systems for the WEEE treatment and enhancement designed by the company.

Panizzolo Group at IFAT 2016

From 30th May to 3rd June 2016, Panizzolo Group will participate at the international exhibition of equipment and technologies IFAT 2016 in Munich (Germany), STAND C2 – HALL 113.

Come to visit our stand and discover more about our company and our large range of plants for shredding, grinding and refining ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

North Europe: new recycling plant full operating

In April was completed the installation and commissioning of the new Panizzolo recycling plant for the treatment of heavy aluminium carter from car engines and others non-ferrous materials..

Provided at a company from North Europe, that flexible plant is composed of a transportable hammermill model Flex 1000 Compact Mobile drum (for grinding and first magnetic division) and an eddy current separation plant model SMNF 1000 (for the division of non-ferrous metals and inerts).

Panizzolo high quality technologies kept constant efficiency also with the treatment of toughest materials, with top performance in the metal scrap recycling sector.

New WEEE recycling plant full operating

In March has been completed the installation and commissioning of the latest Panizzolo WEEE recycling plant. Designed for the treatment of materials such as: electrical and electronic components, electric motors, transformers, etc.

Provided at a huge Italian company, that flexible plant is composed of a transportable hammermill model Flex 500 Compact Mobile (for grinding and first magnetic division) and an high efficiency eddy current separation plant model SMNF V 700 (for the division of non-ferrous metals and inerts. Materials sizes range from 5-8 mm and up).

Panizzolo Group usually design its plants in order to be quickly and easly installed and commissioned: After just two days, the Italian company was able to work with a full operating plant.
The ease of use, quality and quantity production and processing flexibility confirms the high quality of Panizzolo plants for ferrous and metal scrap recycling.

PZ2 H Shredders: New recycling plant for bulky waste

At the end of February has been completed the assembly of the Panizzolo shredder PZ2 H 1500 for the bulky waste recycling treatment.

Panizzolo Group consolidates and expands its presence in the sector providing technologies for shedding and volume reduction of the bulky scrap waste (ferrous and non).

These
flexible technologies, designed by Panizzolo Group technicians, has a significant role in the enhancement processed, allowing a pre-treatment of the scrap waste.

The Panizzolo shredder PZ2 H 1500 has been provided for a huge company in southern Italy that collects and processes the majority waste of its region. PZ2 H 1500 offers the top treatment flexibility and hourly productivity in the market.
Special steel blades allows the company to shred the toughest materials, without risk to overload the shredder mechanisms.

January in Italy: Full Operating new Recycling Plant

The high efficiency and reliability of Panizzolo Group in the design and supply of compact plants for metal waste recycling and enhancement is more than established throughout Italy.

January ends with the commissioning and installation of various recycling systems, including a plant destined in the treatment of aluminum carter and medium-small electric motors, installed in a sector company situated in South Italy.

The plant is composed of a hammermill Flex 500 Compact Mobile which, together with a non-ferrous metal separation plant SMNF 700 model, allows a perfect enhancement of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Full Operating new Flex 1300 Compact Mobile Drum

At the end of February Panizzolo completed the installation of the new grinding plant Flex 1300 Mobile Drum.
The plant installed in a huge company, has a production of 15 ton/h with a electric motor power of 315 kW.

Panizzolo Group technicians have implemented the hourly productivity of its transportable systems; without the necessity of an exceptional transport. the plant can also easily and quickly installed and commissioned.

Another gem that adds to the Flex Compact Mobile Series.

Germany chooses Panizzolo: Full Operating new Recycling Plant

Successfully commissioning in service two new plants for the ferrous and metal scrap waste treatment, respectively north and south of Germany.
Full operating by mid-January 2016 in electric motors grinding and refining and also other types of waste.

The plants are formed each by a flex 1000 Mobile drum and the other by a Flex 500 Mobile, completed by their respective eddy current systems for the separation of non-ferrous metals.

The perfect pair work of Flex hammermills with the SMNF separator series have left German companies positively affected. The high quality of the output combined with the hourly production, ease of use, maintenance and processing flexibility still remains unparalleled in the sector (both in Italy and in Europe).

Metal scrap refining now moves easily

Here the headline of the article dedicated to Panizzolo Group and its products from the italian magazine Day by Din of ABB (issue no. 3-2015).

Electric motors treatment: Panizzolo leader in the market

By the end of 2015 the Panizzolo Group consolidates its market leader presence in the supply of plant and machinery for the electric motors recycling plants (from WEEE and industrial) and enhancement of individual metals in output (such as copper, aluminum and iron).

A growing number of companies, both in Italy and abroad, choose to treat the electric motors with the technologies offered by the Group.
From the first half of 2015 in Italy many of these plants are working at full capacity, especially in collection and treatment companies, steel mills and a multinational group present in 17 European countries.
Abroad, many plants are operating in collection and processing companies located in countries such as (for example) Spain, Germany, Poland, Holland and others.

The systems differ from company to company because that innovative and modular technologies allow to treat the electric motors depending on their needs.
Starting from the grinding and division of ferrous material from non-ferrous, Panizzolo plants are able (thanks to simple changes and / or fast and efficient upgrade) to perform perfect separations of metal components from inerts. Panizzolo plants are able to obtain perfect enhancement and separation of copper and aluminum.

The modern and innovative technologies are based on the company's consolidated twenty years experience, offering simple machines to use, fast to maintain, and with an eye to the processing flexibility (thanks to the patented systems).

Seeing the Panizzolo plants in operation, companies were affected by: the hourly productivity, the quality of the output material and the type of electric motors processed (from WEEE collection and from medium-small engines of industrial type).
Companies also have not remained indifferent to the almost totally mechanized processing cycles and the control software, developed to maximize productivity, simplify the management and reduce downtime.

Conscious of the high quality standards that market asks in the treatment of electric motors, the Panizzolo Group has always been - and continues to be - at the forefront in ensuring (with its installations) the maximum exploitation of this type of waste. The direct experience of Panizzolo technicians allows companies to use machines and systems that offer concrete solutions, simple and effective, unmatched in recycling of metal and ferrous waste sector.
