The Panizzolo training

The task of the Panizzolo Service is to complete the start-up of the plant, setting the production cycle and training the customer’s operators accordingly.
In fact, it is essential to transfer the know-how necessary for the optimal functioning of the entire system, both in the treatment phases and in those of ordinary maintenance.
Mauro Bassan, Service Manager at Panizzolo, tells us about his role within the company: “My job consists in supporting customers, following them step by step in everything related to maintenance, use and the knowledge of the machinery he has purchased ”and continues: “Advice on how to work can improve quality and make a difference in the profitability of the metals that the customer sells in the market.”
